Xerox has been awarded an eight-year contract to help New Jersey upgrade its E-ZPass system.
The company will provide a state-of-the-art customer service center, violations processing, and financial back-office services.
Once the system is operational, drivers in New Jersey will be able to get support through phone, email, fax and a mobile application as well as web and online chat functions.
The New Jersey E-ZPass System is one of the largest toll facilities in the country, and it processed more than 608 million transactions last year.
