Different people, different beliefs, different yearnings, different hopes, different dreams.” Enlightening the Rochester community on such differences among our rich ethnic and cultural environment is part of the mission of a television program for Rochester’s City12 produced by WXXI. Cultural Expressions is all about promoting diversity by sharing the cultural history of Rochester and surrounding areas.
