The 16-year old driver of a car that slammed into the back of a school bus, injuring himself and three others, is now facing charges. Brighton police have charged John Zakhary with a host of offenses, including reckless driving. They also say he violated his junior driving license by having more than one passenger under the age of 21 in the car. None of the students or the bus driver was hurt in the crash, but one of Zakhary's passengers remains hospitalized in the ICU at Strong. Zakhary is charged with reckless driving, speeding, running a stop sign and failing to keep right.
