The Livingston County Sheriff's Office has identified the woman killed Tuesday in a motor vehicle accident on Route 63 in Geneseo.
Eighteen-year-old Savannah Williams of Norwich died when her car went into the path of a tractor-trailer driven by 24-year-old Robert Wilkinson of Niagara Falls, who was not hurt.
Williams was a basketball player at SUNY Geneseo, and the second student-athlete from the school to die in the past year.
The other was Kelsey Annese, killed in a double-murder suicide 11 months ago.
The investigation into the accident continues and no charges have been filed.
