Rochester General Hospital Names A New President

Rochester General Hospital has a new president.

The parent organization for the health system, Rochester Regional Health, has announced that Nancy Tinsley will fill the spot left vacant when Rob Cercek left in the summer for an executive position at a Cincinnati health system.

Tinsley is a registered nurse and most recently was at University Hospitals in Cleveland where she served as president of the 325-bed Parma Medical Center.

“Nancy is uniquely suited to lead Rochester General into the future,” said Rochester Regional Health President & CEO Eric Bieber. “As a nurse with a deep clinical and patient care delivery background, and a hospital president who has a track record of building high-performing teams, Nancy will have the ability to drive excellence in care and service across the hospital.”

Before leading Parma Medical Center, Tinsley held a number of other administrative positions at University Hospitals in Cleveland.
