JAMESTOWN (AP) Some legendary comedy names such as Rivers, Carlin and Berle will be on hand to break ground on the National Comedy Center going up in Jamestown.

Melissa Rivers and Kelly Carlin, the daughters of Joan Rivers and George Carlin, along with Milton Berle's nephew, Marshall Berle, and Harold Ramis' son, Julian, are among those celebrating Saturday's start of construction.

The groundbreaking coincides with the annual Lucille Ball Comedy Festival in the late comedienne's hometown.

Plans for the National Comedy Center include a hologram comedy club that will put visitors in the audience for classic routines of comedic legends.

Also on the drawing board is a comedy "boot camp'' offering how-to instruction on joke delivery.
