Rochester and Upstate New York are digging out from the first major winter storm of the season.
The Greater Rochester area could see a foot to a foot and a half of snow in some places before the storm ends.
Officials recommend staying off the roads except in emergencies. WXXI's Beth Adams has the latest with National Weather Service Meteorologist Dan Kelly.
