Sheriffs deputies in Monroe County have identified the 26-year old man who died Friday night in the town of Sweden.
Deputies say Brian Lonnen II of Holley, had apparently stopped to help another driver on Brockport-Sweden Road last night.
He was hit by a van as he tried to cross the road, at about 8:20 pm.
Monroe County sheriffs deputies tell us the crash is still under investigation and no charges are anticipated at this time.
