Rochester artist Cordell Cordaro's paintings have been compared to the work of Toulouse Lautrec  and Ramon Santiago.   His work can be found in private collections across the U.S. and in galleries as far away as Singapore and Cornwall, England.  But Cordaro says he finds that his home studio in Greece is the perfect place to create his paintings of people and scenes, reminiscent of Paris in the late 18th or early 19th century.

Cordell Cordaro's artwork will be featured in the WXXI Auction, which starts on Saturday, April 12.  For more information, visit www.wxxi.org/auction
