The former Bausch+Lomb headquarters in downtown Rochester, now called "Legacy Tower," has a new tenant.

The owners of the building, Buckingham Properties and Morgan Management, say that a local law firm, Ward Greenberg Heller & Reidy has signed a lease to move its offices from the High Falls area, to the 18th floor of Legacy Tower. That floor was originally the home of the Bausch+Lomb law department.

Ward Greenberg joins Harter Secrest and Emery, another major law firm, who recently signed a long-term renewal to remain at that building.

Buckingham is in the initial stages of doing some renovations at that building.
