Judge Reserves Decision on Occupation of Park

A judge has reserved decision on whether Occupy Rochester members must leave Washington Square Park.

Attorneys for both the group and the city were in court on Wednesday.

The city wants them out, and Mayor Tom Richards says the park was not designed for camping.

Attorneys for Occupy Rochester claim they've demonstrated "substantial compliance" with a contract they reached with the city last fall.

Jundge Eveyln Frazee will issue a decision on the matter at a later date.
