Rochester NY – Monroe County District Attorney Howard Relin said a Grand Jury will be called to hear evidence into allegations made by a 20 year old woman that she was sexually attacked by three Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies. Relin said the Grand Jury should be seated by next week. And it could take another week to ten days before a Grand Jury decides whether or not there will be criminal charges filed against the three deputies.For the past few weeks the New York State Police have been conducting an investigation into claims by a woman that she was raped while in police custody at the Monroe County Sheriff's Department substation in the town of Henrietta.
