Golisano's Archives To Be Housed At RIT

The family of Tom Golisano have selected RIT to be the home for the personal and professional archives of the local entrepreneur and philanthropist.

The archives include photos, newspaper clippings, and other memorabilia. The collection celebrates Golisano's entrepreneurial impact, political campaigns and philanthropy.

Golisano is the founder and still chairman of the payroll company Paychex, as well as being a previous owner of the Buffalo Sabres. He also is a past candidate for NY Governor.

His personal philanthropy has now exceeded a quarter-billion dollars.

The collection is at the RIT Archives Collection in The Wallace Center. A multimedia display is on view for the public in the atrium of Golisano Hall.
