The Rochester-based modern dance company led by Jamaican choreographer Garth Fagan has some new leadership.
"I think it's just the greatest news for us," says Fagan.
The new Executive Director is Karen Brown, or KB. She's a former professor of dance and principal ballerina at the Dance Theatre of Harlem.
She says she's excited about her new position.
"The opportunity to work with an icon, to bring all that I've learned over my years being in the dance field to help support an organization like this is just thrilling I mean it's just the greatest opportunity."
New Deputy Director Stephanie Harris is originally from Rochester and comes from a non-profit background.
