Fringe Festival Attendance Up 50 Percent Over Last Year
Organizers say more than 50-thousand people attended this year's Fringe Festival in Rochester.
That's up from 33-thousand people who attended last year's five-day debut.
The event was expanded to ten days this year.
One of the highlights again this year was the aerial dance troupe "Bandaloop," who performed on the side of the 21-story One HSBC Plaza.
An estimated 13-thousand people attended their performance this year.
The Fringe Festival is looking at conducting an economic impact study as organizers plan for next year's event.
