Let's talk about the death penalty. Recently Hillary Clinton said that she hopes the Supreme Court will do away with it because states have done a poor job administering it. But Clinton admitted she feels the death penalty has a merit for federal terrorism cases. Critics pounced, calling the stance inconsistent.
