12 noon: Putin's next moves
1pm: Equal Pay Day
At noon, four University of Rochester experts are preparing to discuss the Russian annexation of the Crimean peninsula on Thursday night. Two of the four will join us on Connections for the hour. They'll explore Europe's dependency on Russian oil; the value of exporting to Russia; and Putin's possible next moves.
At 1pm, activist Martha Burk joins us in studio alongside State Senator Ted O'Brien. Burk is best known for her efforts to force Augusta National Golf Club to accept female members; she led protests in 2002. She's in Rochester to talk about Equal Pay Day. Meanwhile, Senator O'Brien updates us on the status of the Women's Equality Agenda in Albany.
