Monroe County Deputies say  a Rochester man got a lot more than he bargained for when he allegedly tried to break into a Penfield pizzeria early Friday morning.

They say they got a call at about 3:45 a.m. to Penfield Road for a report of someone yelling. When they got there, they found a man yelling for help.   He was stuck in a vent on the roof of Pontillos Pizza at 1811 Penfield Road.

Officials say 53 year old Richard Graham of Rochester was wedged well into that vent and had to be extricated by the fire department. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries and released to the custody of the sheriff’s department.

Graham was charged with burglary, criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools . Deputies say he cause more than $2,000 in damages to the pizzeria.
