A St. Bonaventure University Student from Rochester who was reported missing since Friday night has been found dead on Sunday near one of the entrances to the campus.
Tyler Davis was a sophomore and a history major at Bonaventure. A statement from the university says his family has expressed deep appreciation to the campus community, police and emergency response officials for their efforts.
There’s no word yet on a cause of death. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department is investigating. Counselors were being made available on Sunday night.
A prayer service was also held on Sunday night.
