Bills' Greats To Be Honored Here

Monday is the 65th annual Rochester Press Radio Club's Day of Champions. The Buffalo Bills will be among those honored at the group's charity dinner at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center.

Wide receiver Andre Reed, who enters the NFL Hall of Fame in August; Hall of Fame running back Thurman Thomas, and special teams standout Steve Tasker will receive the Sports Personality Award. The three will  represent the teams that went to four straight Super Bowls in the 1990s.

Late Buffalo Bills owner Ralph Wilson will receive the Major Donald Holleder Award. He died in March, and owned the Bills for 54 years.

Awards will also be presented to many other people involved with local sports on and off the field.
