People packed sports bars like the Distillery during lunchtime today to take in the Olympic matchup between Team USA and Canada.
The winner plays Sweden for the gold medal.
It was standing room only at the Distillery on Mount Hope Avenue.
Manager Matthew Kasperski says it was much busier today than on a typical Friday, and the hockey games have been the biggest draw so far during the Olympics.
He says the large crowd like today is helping the Distillery establish itself as a premier sports bar in Rochester.
The partisan crowd there left disappointed, however.
Not about the food or the service, but the game.
Canada beat the USA 1 to nothing.
