Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio was back in court Thursday to answer to allegations she violated the terms of her probation stemming from a previous DWI conviction.
Court documents allege that Astacio’s first violation happened just hours after she was released from jail from a previous probation violation. It's also alleged she committed two more violations in the days that followed.
Astacio is forbidden from consuming alcohol as part of her probation.
On Thursday, Astacio denied violating the terms of her probation and she will have to be back in court August 24th for a hearing on the matter.
