A Fairport man is kayaking the entire length of Canandaigua Lake to benefit the Golisano Children's Hospital at the U of R Medical Center.
Steve Clough is a financial advisor at Angelo Planning Group.
He says his son suffered from a rare condition called Kawasaki disease, and was hospitalized twice at the Golisano Children's Hospital.
And his wife Gina, when she was a child, was also treated at Strong's pediatric department.
Clough said the staff was very attentive to both his son's needs and made it as comfortable as possible for him, too.
