In January 2013 WXXI’s Hélène Biandudi Hofer traveled to South Sudan to explore the issues of education, diversity, and racism in the war-torn country. She shares her findings in a full-length documentary that focuses on the unique ties between Rochester and this young African nation.
A free screening of the "Schools for South Sudan" documentary starts at 6:30 p.m. tonight at the Little Theatre. A panel discussion moderated by Biandudi Hofer will follow the screening. The screening is open to the public and seats are first come, first served. Click here for more information on the documentary and the panelists.
