Rochester, NY – Rochester Mayor Robert Duffy is preparing to leave City Hall next week. After being sworn in a New York's lieutenant governor on New Year's Day, he'll have new offices in Albany and New York City. He sat down with WXXI News Director Julie Philipp for an exclusive interview about his time in office. Here are some excerpts from that interview.
