A 30-year old man from Fairport could face manslaughter and DWI charges following a crash early today on 490 West near Ames Street in Rochester.
State Police Investigator James Newell tells WXXI they believe the man was drunk when he drove the wrong way onto the expressway at about 2:45 this morning. Troopers say he hit an SUV driven by a 20-year old woman from Rochester. Her vehicle flipped and she was killed.
