Wegmans has again been named one of the FORTUNE Best Companies to Work For.
Wegmans ranked #2, same as last year. It has been on the list every year since the survey began 21 years ago
The list is based on survey responses from more than 310,000 employees rating their workplace culture on more than 50 different elements.
Wegmans President & CEO Colleen Wegman says that, “When we see our company near the top of this list we feel pride, but also tremendous gratitude for our people who make Wegmans a special place to work and shop for all.”
The top company on the Best Companies to Work For is a San Francisco-based software company called Salesforce.
