Hispanic heritage month runs mid-September to mid-October. To kick off the month in the Rochester region, the Ibero-American Action League will host the Upstate Latino Summit. It’s the first time since 2008 the annual gathering that brings together Latino leaders from New York will come to the Flour City. The conference will focus on achievements and challenges in health, education, and business.
