But it seems former Rochester Mayor and Lieutenant Governor of New York, Bob Duffy, has been busy. His most recent effort is being hailed by some as a move that won’t only help break misconceptions, but could also address the cycle of poverty in the Rochester area. He’s calling on the RBA’s members to fill open positions within their businesses with at least one person living in poverty.
