Vehicular manslaughter charge after Webster crash

State Police say a Rochester man is facing charges that include  Vehicular Manslaughter and DWI after an accident in Webster late Tuesday night killed his six month old daughter.

Troopers say that 33 year old Isaac McCrea was driving on Route 104 east near the Holt Road exit at about 11pm Tuesday when the car went across a median and hit a tree.

Three children were in the vehicle. 6 month old Karena McCrea died at the scene; she was found in a child seat. A 5 year old boy, Khairi McCrea has minor injuries and a two year old girl, Knyree McCrea was taken to the hospital with a possible head injury.

Besides the vehicular manslaughter and DWI charges, Isaac McCrea also faces charges that include possession of marijuana, unlicensed operation, and other traffic violations.
