Monroe County Deputies say the minivan belonging to a Penfield man found dead in Yates County last week, has been located.

Deputies say the Honda Odyssey that belong to Craig Rideout was found by investigators at the Bushnell’s Basin Park & Ride lot on Route 96 near 490.

The photo of the actual gray Honda Odyssey (NY plate CTR-2094) is pictured here. Authorities say
if anyone observed this vehicle over the last week, they should call 911.

Deputies say the vehicle also has gray duct tape on the front bumper passenger side of the vehicle.

The vehicle is still being processed by technicians and other details were not released.

Rideout’s body was found last week in a wooded area.  Officials have said he was killed by asphyxiation.

His two sons, 22 year old Colin and 19 year old Alexander were released on bail Monday. They and their mother, 45 year old Laura Rideout were arrested on charges of evidence tampering. Laura Rideout also faces a burglary charge.

No one has been charged with the actual homicide at this point.
