Two People Charged After Discovery Of A Burned Body In Caledonia

State Police say that two people have been arrested after the discovery of a burned body in Caledonia this week.

Troopers say that 35 year old Aykut Ozkaynak and 42 year old Mary Neverett, both of the Rochester area, are facing second degree murder charges. They also face a charge of tampering with physical evidence.

The body was discovered Monday night along a rural stretch of Lacey Road. Police said the body was burned beyond recognition.

According to media reports, court paperwork identifies the victim as Patrice S. Miller.

 More details are expected to be released on Friday.
