Two Buffalo Bills Headed To The Pro Bowl

Buffalo Bills

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP)  Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor and center Eric Wood are heading to the Pro Bowl.

It's a first for both after being added to the roster on Monday. They take the places of Carolina quarterback Cam Newton and center Ryan Kalil, who won't participate because the Panthers are Super Bowl-bound.

Taylor makes the trip to Hawaii for this weekend's game following his first season as a starter after spending the previous four years as Joe Flacco's backup in Baltimore.

The Bills offseason free-agent addition finished with an 8-6 record. He set a team record for quarterbacks with 568 yards rushing, and threw 20 touchdown passes versus six interceptions.

Wood is a seven-year NFL veteran who was part of a line that helped Buffalo lead the NFL with 2,432 yards rushing.
