City of Rochester resident information:
Rochester City Hall – City Hall, City offices, Neighborhood Service Centers, City branch libraries and the Rundel Library are on a two-hour delay, will open at 11 a.m. Friday
City R-Centers will open at their regularly scheduled hours of operation.
City is postponing today’s garbage and recycling collection. If your collection day is normally Friday, please place their totes out on Friday night for Saturday morning collection.

City residents are reminded that it is their obligation to keep the sidewalks in front of their homes and businesses clear. They are also asked to keep fire hydrants clear.

Due to weather related conditions, all New York State, County and City Courts in the Eighth Judicial District are closed. This includes:
