Livingston County Deputies now say all three suspects they have been looking for have been captured.
Deputies had been looked for three men in the area of Route 15A.
People living in the area received automated calls morning alerting them of the police investigation and asked them to remain indoors.
The investigation closed a section of Route 15A/Rochester Street in Lima northbound.
Media reports indicate the three men may have been linked to a shooting on Monday in Bath in Steuben County, and that the men abandoned their car after a short pursuit.
Numerous agencies helped out including State Police and Monroe County Deputies. Just before 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty tweeted that all 3 had been captured.
