Members of Teamsters Local 118 will vote again on a contract for workers who are involved in the trucking and warehousing operations at Wegmans.
The vote is scheduled for Thursday. Wegmans issued a statement saying that earlier Tuesday both sides met with a federal mediator, and after that meeting the union leadership arranged a re-vote on the proposed contract that officials had tentatively agreed to last month.
Last week, members of the union rejected the proposed settlement.
One of the key sticking points for the union has been retirement benefits.
