Federal authorities have arrested the man wanted in connection with the shooting and injuring of his ex-girlfriend and her 11 year old son in the Wayne County Village of Newark.
The U.S. Marshals Service says that after that shooting last Saturday, its task force received information from Newark Police that Bell was in the Rochester area staying with friends and family.
With the help of State Police, Rochester Police and Monroe County Deputies, the task force found Bell on York Street in Rochester where he was arrested without incident an turned over to the Newark Police Department.
The 34 year old woman was shot in the head and arm and her 11 year old son was shot in the arm. Both are said to be recovering. Two other children were not injured.
