A well-known local computer sales and services company has been sold. Soyata Computers is being acquired by Just Solutions Inc., a Fairport based provider of IT services and products.
Soyata has manufactured custom computers and services since 1999, selling to both retail and corporate customers.
Soyata owner Tolga Soyata says it just felt that the time was right to sell the company, giving him the opportunity to fully focus on his research. Soyata has been with the University of Rochester Deapartment of Electrical and Computer Engineering for seven years, where he is currently an assistant professor.
Just Solutions is headed up by Tracy Wolf. David Wolf, who is Vice President of Sales and Service, says that all Soyata employees have joined Just Solutions.
