Sanford, Florida Police Chief Shares Philosophy on Building Trust in Community

The Chief of Police from Sanford, Florida is delivering the keynote address at a luncheon today for the Center for Dispute Settlement.

Sanford is where a jury acquitted George Zimmerman in the shooting death of unarmed black teen Trayvon Martin.
