The RPO's Search for a Star 2

The RPO held its second "Search for a Star" competition, Julia Figueras interviews the winners.

WXXI – Nearly 60 students from 30 area high schools showed up at the School of the Arts to win the privilege of performing with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. The RPO was holding its second "Search for a Star" competition, and young musicians from the 7-county area were all hoping they could perform in the Eastman Theatre on May 31. In the end, just 9 were left. Each of the nine winners stopped into our studios to chat with Julia Figueras.
