Rochester, NY – A Rochester woman has been convicted of lesser charges for leaving her three children at home alone before a fire swept through the house.
All three children were severely burned, and one of them later died.
Jurors aquitted 22-year old Nicole Allen of manslaughter charges, but found her guilty on felony criminally negligent homicide, and three counts of misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.
She'll be sentenced February 23rd and faces up to 1 and a third to four years in jail.
