A Latino group is planning a protest near Rochester's Public Safety Building late Thursday afternoon.
The rally by Latinos Unidos and local Black Lives Matter activists is expected to take place on Exchange Boulevard at about 5pm.
The event is meant to be a show of unity on the issue of policing in minority communities.
Officials say the courts at the Hall of Justice will be closing at 3:15 p.m.
And RTS says that from 4:30 to 7pm buses will not be able to serve the Hall of Justice. RTS suggests customers who normally get the bus near that building walk over to the RTS Transit Center.
