Rochester Police say the fire that killed three people on High Street last weekend is being investigated as an arson and homicide.
The fire early Saturday morning took the lives of three year old Ameeya Nelson, her brother, 6 year old Willie Nelson Jr., and their mother, 25 year old Virginia Ortiz.
Six other people were injured including three firefighters.
Police are asking that anyone with information on the fire call 911 or Crimestoppers at 585-423-9300
