2/16/16 @ 5:00 p.m.: State Police have re-opened 490 East, while 490 West remains closed.
2/16/16 @ 4:43 p.m.: State Police ask that motorists avoid 490 as they are still trying to clear vehicles stuck on the expressway, and also clear snow.
2/16/16 @ 2:08 p.m.: State Police are trying to shut down 490, both directions, all the way from 390 to 590 due to all the cars off the road & stuck.
