Multiple police agencies converged on Lake Road in West Webster early Thursday morning.
That is the same area that was the scene of the 2012 Christmas Eve ambush that killed two volunteer firefighters and a Lake Road resident.
Thursday’s incident reportedly started Wednesday night in Greece as a domestic incident on Flynn Road.
Police say a man allegedly kidnapped his ex-girlfriend, and then dropped her off at a gas station at about 2:00 a.m. in Webster. She was not injured.
The suspect was located at a house on Lake Road and authorities say he surrendered without incident. He is now identified as 22 year old Albert Pelusio III.
A section of Lake Road was closed between Bay Road and the Outlet Bridge.
