A building in Penn Yan that was already damaged by recent flooding collapsed Saturday, leaving Seneca Street in that village without power.
The mayor of Penn Yan tells Time Warner Cable News that the rest former Owl's Nest building on Seneca Street collapsed in the village around 4 p.m.
Half of the building had already fallen due to the flooding that the swept through the area in May.
Several crews from the area responded to help restore power Saturday.
