You only have a couple more days to help the City of Rochester improve public parking downtown through an online survey.
The city wants to hear from people who live, work and visit downtown.
Parking is a concern for everyone: long term or short term.
Do you have any suggestions to create more parking, cheaper parking or to encourage carpooling or the use of mass transit?
Speak up, using the survey, which closes Tuesday.
On Wednesday, the city will hold two planning sessions at Penthouse on the 11th floor at One East Avenue.
- Session #1 3 pm-5 pm For Downtown stakeholders (including property/business owners, business/organizational leaders, Downtown residents and other invited guests)
- Session #2 5:30 pm-7 pm Open to the general public
Parking will be available, free of charge, at the Midtown Parking Garage, 110 Clinton Avenue South.
If you have any further questions please feel free to contact Kate Washington, Deputy Commissioner of NBD, at (585) 428-6150.
