Oak Hill Country Club has been selected to host the Simpson Cup next year. It will be held from September 18th to the 21st.
The Simpson Cup is a Ryder Cup-style tournament which is between 13 injured veterans from the U.S. and 13 injured veterans from the United Kingdom.
Oak Hill Country Club members Ron Pluta and Jim Magee will co-chair the tournament. Some of the proceeds will benefit the Rochester Veteran's Outreach Center and other local charities.
The professional golf staff at Oak Hill will also do a series of free clinics in 2016 for local injured veterans.
