Dawn Ngyuen, indicted on three charges in connection with the guns used during a Christmas Eve ambush of firefighters in West Webster, has pleaded not guilty to the charges this morning.
A grand jury indicted her on charges she lied on a federal form to buy a gun for another person, being an unlawful user of marijuana when purchasing weapons, and providing convicted felon William Spengler with a semi-automatic rifle and a shotgun.
Spenger ambushed firefighters when they arrived at his burning home.
He killed two firefighters, and injured three others before taking his own life.
Nguyen's attorney says she'll fight the charges in court.
