Imagine Monroe, the county’s economic development agency, has approved incentives for two local projects that County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo says will create a total of 34 new jobs.
One of the projects involves construction by Gallina Development of an addition to the existing building in Ogden for the company Transcat, which provides test and measurement equipment. They are creating 32 jobs over the next three years.
The other project is for 1162 PVR, LLC, a company that wants to construct a building in the Town of Perinton for Northwestern Mutual, which plans to lease part of the space and add two jobs over the next three years.
